Finnish Design Shop: Usability evaluation

WHAT USABILITY ISSUES CAN WE UNCOVER THROUGH EVALUATING THE WEBSHOP FINNISH DESIGN SHOP WITH?

Finnish Design Shop is a Turku-based online shop selling Nordic and Scandinavian designer goods globally to 180 countries. The majority of the online shop customers are from abroad and the shop is reaching an increasing number of business clients rather than end consumers. Evaluating both the mobile and desktop versions of the shop was be the focus of our study, as more visitors come to the mobile version, but most purchases are made through the desktop version.

In Antti Salovaara's course "Usability evaluation", we had the opportunity to run a complete usability evaluation including both an expert heuristical approach and testing in a lab.
