HOW TO MAKE AN EXISTING SOFTWARE FOR COLLABORATIVE WORK MORE INTUITIVE AND EASY TO USE?

Upon completing a project regarding internationalization in Germany in the autumn of 2018, I continued working together with Tampere-based software company Cometa Solutions Oy on the UX and UI of their products.

I facilitated workshops, worked on concepts for different elements of the UI as well as the first-time user experience and navigation, researched and presented advice for improvements. We rewrote the design guidelines of the company in accordance with our discussions. We collaborated effectively despite the geographical distance.
